After successfully offering both live & virtual RAQ THE BARRE® teacher trainings, we are excited to announce an online course currently in the making! You can expect the same quality presented online, with the same integrity attributed to our methodology, translated so that you can learn and practice anytime, anywhere, and at your pace!
Here is a glimpse of what you can expect:
1. The RAQ THE BARRE® Digital Instructor's Manual;
2. Fitness Principles & Anatomical Positions;
3. RAQISA® Belly Dance Posture & Belly Dance Basics with Practice Drills;
4. RAQ THE BARRE® layered essentials and why they are so important to dance & fitness;
5. An expansive repertoire of our barre fitness exercises, to include: safety, set up, action, and essential layered progressions;
6. Two Digital Sample Full Class Workouts;
7. Important teaching topics to include: methodology & how to work with music 32 Count Arabic Fitness Beats & how to create an on brand playlist;
8. Quizzes, and final testing options.
Upon Completion of the Course You will Receive: RAQ THE BARRE® Certificate Completion & Our Approved CEU # Towards 0.8 ACE | 8 AFAA CEUS. A follow up testing option ensures you are ready to successfully teach your own RAQ THE BARRE® quality class format to your barre tribe!
