RAQISA® BELLY DANCE BASICS + RAQ THE BARRE® COMBO
Learn 7 fundamental belly dance movements and some of their variations. We will use our RAQISA training bundle as a visual teaching aid and help you begin to see and understand each movement. Next, learn the why and the how to combining traditional barre fitness with authentic belly dance technique! This session dissects each essential element of belly dance to ensure proper posture and alignment; and teaches our classical repertoire barre offering! THIS SESSION WILL BE BOTH A LECTURE & A CLASS 1.5 Hours
